This website, partnerpetshop.com, is operated by PARTNER PET FOOD LIMITED ("PARTNER", "we", "us", or "our"). These terms describe the conditions for using our website and buying products from our store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Subscription Policy.

Your information and use of the store

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity.

Our products are intended for pets. Follow the product's species, life-stage, feeding, and storage information. Product images may appear different depending on your screen; consult the product description and packaging for the applicable product information.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. The checkout displays your product total and any applicable shipping charges and taxes before you place your order. Please review your items, quantities, delivery address, and purchase option before paying.

Prices and availability may change for future purchases. If we identify a material error or cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available next steps. Any payment for an order we cancel will be refunded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Shipping and fulfillment

Our current delivery area, rates, exclusions, and estimated delivery times are stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders are fulfilled from the United States through fulfillment service providers. Our Hong Kong corporate address is not a shipping warehouse or a return address. Please contact customer service before returning any product so that we can provide the appropriate U.S. return instructions.

Returns and existing orders

Our Return and Refund Policy explains the product guarantee, return process, and applicable charges. For assistance, contact partnerpetshop@gmail.com with your order number. Requests concerning an order already placed are handled under that policy. Any mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.

One-time purchases and subscriptions

A one-time purchase is charged once and does not renew. A subscription renews automatically at the price and frequency presented when you subscribe, until canceled. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout.

You can manage future subscription orders through your PARTNER customer account or contact us for help. To prevent the next scheduled payment, complete cancellation before that payment is processed. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order already placed. See our Subscription Policy for the available schedules and full management instructions.

Website content and third-party services

Website content belongs to PARTNER or its respective owners. Using the store does not transfer ownership of that content. Please obtain permission before reproducing content for commercial use, except where applicable law permits it.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payment, delivery, and other services may involve third-party providers. Their applicable terms and privacy information may also apply to their services. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the store.

Updates and questions

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights associated with orders already placed. Any change to an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
