Every product page includes a written ingredient list and Guaranteed Analysis, plus photographs of the actual product and packaging. Raw meal pages include feeding guidance; treat pages include serving and storage information.

Can I ask about a product or batch?

Yes. Email partnerpetshop@gmail.com with the product name, your question and, when relevant, the batch number printed on the packaging. Please contact us before returning a product so we can provide the authorized U.S. return address.
